A Novel, Non-Steroidal, Topical Phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) Inhibitor
ADQUEY™ is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to difamilast or any component of the formulation.
The most common adverse reaction (≥1%) reported more frequently with ADQUEY than with vehicle was Nasopharyngitis (6% vs 4%).
Less common adverse reactions (<1%) included application site folliculitis, contact dermatitis, application site rash, molluscum contagiosum.
Application site reactions reported during longer-term treatment that led to discontinuation included: pain, pruritus, vesicles, blistering, erythema, burning, and contact dermatitis.
